Dr. Sunday Adiele Okoroafor
Professional and Academic Statement
Dr. Sunday Adiele Okoroafor is an accomplished academic and consultant specialising in political and administrative studies. As a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Social Sciences at the Nigerian British University (NBU), Asa, Abia State. He holds a Ph.D. in Political and Administrative Studies (Development Studies), an M.Sc in Peace Studies & Conflict Resolution, and a B.Sc. in Political Science.
A research-driven professional, Dr. Okoroafor’s expertise spans management, entrepreneurship, logistics, and governance. His commitment to institutional excellence is highlighted by his Senate membership and his 2023 “Best Teaching Staff” award. He also serves as a Research Champion for the CVCNU/University of Lincoln, UK collaboration.
Dr. Okoroafor is a prolific author with over twenty-four publications in reputable national and international journals. His scholarship covers critical topics such as religious conflict, political economy, and sustainable development. He is a frequent peer reviewer and has contributed six chapters in various scholarly textbooks, consistently advancing academic discourse.

Engr. George Nwogu
is a Chemical Engineer, Project Controls and EPC Management professional with over a decade of experience in Nigeria’s oil, gas, energy, and industrial sectors.
He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at BIZVILLE PROJECT MANAGEMENT Limited, where he leads project management consulting, EPC delivery, organizational development, and operational excellence initiatives. His areas of interest include project governance, strategic planning, business leadership, HSE, and workforce development.

Mr. Diepriye Dimkpa Douglas
DEIPRIYE DIMKPA DOUGLAS
Mr. Diepriye Dimkpa Douglas is a seasoned Administrator and Leader with over 25 years cognate experience in the private and public sectors with laser focus on effective management, compliance, transparency, accountability, integrity, value for money and continuous professional development.
Sequel to joining Platform Petroleum Limited; Mr. Douglas was the Gas Plant Administrative Manager at the Pan Ocean Oil Corporation/Ovade Cryogenic Gas Processing Facility under the auspices of PESO Energy Services Limited (2022).
He started his career as a Business Developer with Eleme Petrochemicals Company Limited (1997) [now Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Ltd]. He later joined the services of Africa Oilfield Services Limited, a division of Nirvana Oilfield Services, Geneva-Switzerland as an Accounts Officer and grew through the ranks to the positions of Finance Manager and Chief Internal Auditor/Agency Business Manager respectively (1999).
Mr. Douglas during his overseas studies enrolled for a six-months internship with Centrica British Energy Company as a Researcher on Renewable Energy (2008). He later returned to Nigeria to join the services of Greater Port Harcourt City Development Authority, a Government Agency established to develop a Modern City in Rivers State, as the pioneer Procurement Manager and grew through the ranks to the position of Administrative Manager and Director of Investment Promotions respectively (2010).
Douglas afterwards joined the services of BelemaOil Producing Limited as Head, Commercial and Supply Chain Manager (2017).
Mr. Douglas has a BSc (Hons) in Economics (UNN), MBA in Marketing (RSUST), MSc in Energy with specialization in Oil & Gas Economics (CEPMLP, Dundee – Scotland), and Project Management (PRINCE2).
He is of the SMP88 Class – Lagos Business School and a member of the Senior Executive Leadership Family – University of Salford, Manchester.
